Appointment of New School Principal

Statement from the Board of Governors of Omagh CBS

On behalf of the Board of Governors and the ERST Trustees I wish to inform you that Mr Foncy McConnell has been appointed as the new Principal of Omagh Christian Brothers Grammar School with effect from the beginning of the new term in April 2016.

We extend Mr McConnell our congratulations on his appointment and offer our very best wishes as he undertakes the responsibility of leading Omagh CBS which has a rich tradition of 155 years in educating pupils from the constituency of West Tyrone

I also take this opportunity to express our appreciation for the work of Mr McConnell, Mr White and the Senior Leadership Team over the past year to ensure that the pupils continued to have access to the best opportunities for learning and achievement
