Sixth Form Actuarial Experience Day Opportunity

Students are invited to our upcoming Student Actuarial Experience afternoon at Isio Belfast taking place on Wednesday 8th April 2026 from 1pm to 4pm.

This is an event we host for students interested in an actuarial career.  It will give attendees an insight into the qualifications and skills needed for the work we do, the industries in which actuaries work, the university experience, and the chance to talk with our actuarial team ranging from the newest graduates and placement students to our most experienced qualified actuaries.

We recognise that when students reach sixth form it is time for them to make decisions about their career path. The Actuarial Experience afternoon is something we hold on an annual basis and is aimed at providing students, who have reached the point of choosing degree courses and universities, the opportunity to find out more about the actuarial career and gain experience in a professional setting.

Please note that, as spaces are limited, we may need to limit the number of attendees per school based on demand.

Prior to the event, we will send a more detailed schedule of what the day will entail to all confirmed attendees, as well as a request for dietary requirements.
