ATU Sligo – Engineering Fair on Sunday March 5th 2023

The Sligo Engineering Fair returns on Sunday March 5th 2023 from 12pm to 5pm at the ATU Sligo campus. This year’s theme will look at how robots and automation are changing the way we work, live and play. Attendees will be greeted by some galactic celebrity robots including Star Wars RTD2 and Dr Who’s nemesis, the dreaded Darleks. For those looking to learn more about engineering, a robot with AI capabilities will also be there to answer questions.
The Engineering Fair will include a wide range of performances, interactive displays, workshops and demonstrations for all the family to enjoy. The Sligo Engineering Fair is produced by ATU in association with Science Foundation Ireland, Engineers Ireland Northwest, and industry partners Abbott.
