To celebrate Apprenticeship Week 2022, GRAHAM, specialists in delivering award-winning construction & engineering projects across UK & Ireland, is offering the opportunity to get an insight into the practicalities of how we recruit apprentices, and further support individuals to build their skills and knowledge to achieve their career goals.
Join us in this interactive workshop to:
- Learn about the GRAHAM Academy, which provides world-class training and development programmes and is committed to developing the next generation of industry professionals.
- Receive guidance on the different pathways and routes into employment with GRAHAM, from apprenticeships to our graduate programme.
- Interact with current apprentices across a range of Building & Civils projects around the realities of their work.
- Learn about what GRAHAM looks for in potential candidates.
The day will be a mixture of presentations, and opportunities for small group Q&As.
