Programme Description
What does this team do?
Deloitte’s Human Capital as a Service (HCaaS) team helps enable organisations to solve a wide range of business challenges, from HR and finance transformation to mergers and acquisitions and talent strategy. We offer clients specialised industry knowledge and leading-edge technology and business transformation services, delivered as ongoing, managed solutions.
Human Capital as a Service professionals bring specialist skills in project and programme management, change and communications, as well as research, analytics and hands on experience of leading-edge software and applications.
Our Human Capital as a Service team is based in Belfast, Northern Ireland and sits within Deloitte’s Human Capital practice. It is the largest Human Capital Consultancy team in the UK outside of London.
The service areas our BrightStarts can join are as follows:
Programme Management Office (PMO)
Our team of dedicated Project Management (PM) and Project Management Office (PMO) professionals provide comprehensive support for our client’s most significant and complex programmes, as well as strategically significant smaller projects.
Working closely with clients, we guide them through every stage of their projects and programmes, covering planning, risk and issue management, and performance reporting.
Our Brightstart programme cultivates future PM and PMO professionals by gaining practical experience as part of a programme’s PMO team, contributing to progress tracking, risk/issue management, and stakeholder reporting.
Transformation Activation (TA NI)
Our Transformation Activation (TA NI, otherwise known as Change Management) team is a multi-disciplinary team, that works with clients to deliver the people, behavioural and culture change associated with technology and digitally enabled business transformation. We support our clients to adapt to the changes required; ensuring they are ready, willing and able to support new ways of working.
As part of the TA team our BrightStarts support with assessing, planning, supporting, or delivering business change, communication, engagement and training solutions that are not only innovative, but deliver the most positive impact for all.
