ESRC Festival of Social Sciences Northern Ireland 2023

The annual Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) Festival of Social Science is back in Northern Ireland from 30th October to 12th November. This year’s festival features 20 free events organised by social science academics from Queen’s and Ulster University.

The festival’s theme is “lifelong well-being”, and it is an excellent opportunity to gain first-hand insight into how social science shapes our world.

There are many exciting events to look forward to, including:

• A creative writing workshop for teens with dyslexia 

• An interactive workshop on how to learn about learning

• A walking tour of Belfast that involves drawing with words
