EY Business Academy – Work Experience programme

What is the EY Business Academy?
The EY Business Academy balances on-the-job experience with business skills sessions. You’ll be a valued part of a team of world-class professionals, helping to make a difference to clients and their businesses. The EY Business Academy is a great way to work out whether the EY Business Apprenticeship is right for you.
EY’s Business Academy programme will be held on 3 and 4 August 2021.
Please note: In light of the Covid-19 situation, EY aim to deliver this programme virtually to protect the health and wellbeing of all staff and candidates.
Entry Requirements: You need to be a year 13 student going into Year 14 and be on track to achieve 3 A-Levels or the equivalent. You’ll also need to have gained a minimum of GCSE Grade C in English and Maths by the time the programme starts.
How’s it structured?
Over the two-days with EY you’ll learn fast and experience what it means to be a valued part of a team of world-class professionals, helping to make a difference to clients and their businesses. Not long ago EY’s apprentices were in your shoes, weighing up their options. You’ll learn from their experience at EY so far, getting a more accurate picture of what it’s like to work with a global professional services firm like EY. Working alongside school leavers completing the EY Business Apprenticeship will help you decide whether you’re ready to follow in their footsteps.

We expect that some of the school leavers taking part in EY Business Academy will secure a place on the 2022 EY Business Apprenticeship.
