Founded in December 2013, FinTrU is a multi-award winning Reg Tech company in the Financial Services sector that is committed to giving local talent the opportunity to work on the global stage with the largest investment banks. FinTrU works with clients to design solutions to help them meet their regulatory obligations in areas such as Legal, Risk, Compliance, KYC, Operations, Consultancy and Technology. FinTrU’s clients are all global investment banks, based in North America, Europe and Asia and the company’s business model is to provide technology enabled solutions to clients to augment and support their existing functions.
During this 3 day virtual programme you will experience the unique FinTrU culture, learn about the type of Technology work we do and network with employees across our business from apprentices and graduates to the senior management team.

The virtual work experience week will include:
· Learn more about technology career paths in general and at FinTrU specifically
· Networking/Q&A sessions with IT professionals
· Developing skills to include on your CV via interactive tasks and challenges based on real-world problems
Speakers for Schools Experience Programme have a large selection of virtual work experience currently available. Many of these are with UK companies and pupils from NI are eligible to apply.
