Generation Innovation AI Upskilling Experience

What is it?
A free, 3-day programme designed by the Generation Innovation team and generously funded by some of Northern Ireland’s leading employers. It’s designed to give students practical insight into the future of work, and the skills they’ll need to thrive.
Programme Details:
Dates: 16 – 18 June
Location: The Black Box, Belfast
Time: 10am – 4pm daily
Industry Partners: EY, Danske Bank, PwC, Citi, and Bank of Ireland
What students will experience:
- Explore the real-world impact of Artificial Intelligence
- Gain confidence using innovation tools like Design Thinking
- Work in teams to use AI to solve a real-world challenge
- Visit a partner company for a behind-the-scenes look
- Present their ideas to a panel of industry experts
This is an engaging, future-focused programme aimed at students aged 17-18 who are curious, collaborative, and ready to explore new ideas. No experience is needed! Whether or not students have worked with AI or tech before, this is for everyone. Students just need to bring their energy and ideas.
The deadline to submit applications is Friday, 6th June, at 12pm. Places are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.
