Generation Innovation Work Experience with Catalyst

Generation Innovation is a free one-of-a-kind work experience programme designed to empower, enable, and upskill young people for the workplace of tomorrow.

This year’s programme is funded by the DfE and we would welcome applications from Year 13 and Year 14 students to take part in the event.

Together with our expert facilitators, NI’s leading companies, and previous programme participants, we have designed the most incredible in-person version of this highly successful programme. This Work Experience is the perfect opportunity for 17- and 18-year-olds to upskill for the jobs of the future.

Students will receive Design Thinking training over the course of 4 or 5 days (depending on which location they apply to), learn how to work as part of a team, and develop innovative solutions for some of the most successful and dynamic companies in Northern Ireland

This year, we will be delivering our one-week programme across three locations:

Option 1:
13th – 16th June | Derry, The Guildhall

Option 2:
19th – 23rd June | Belfast, Catalyst, Queen’s Road

Option 3:
26th – 29th June | Dungannon, The Junction
