Our apprenticeship programme is the first step to becoming a housing management professional. Accredited apprenticeships are available across Northern Ireland, working in the social housing sector to help create a future where everyone has a home, while gaining two nationally recognised qualifications and earning a competitive salary.
Salary: £23,088 per annum
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for committed, curious people to join our 2-year apprenticeship programme. No prior experience needed: just the right attitude and a desire to develop your career.
You’ll need 5 GCSE’s (including Grade C or above in English and Maths, or equivalent).
Must be committed to enrolling on and completing a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Housing Practice through North West Regional College (NWRC). Further information regarding the apprenticeship can be found via the following link:

A current driving licence or access to transport that enables you to meet the requirements of the job within reasonable timeframes is essential.
