Job description

As a Housing Customer Support Apprentice, you will be in a permanent role and supported to attain accredited qualifications. You will be supported to develop skills and gain experience to prepare you for a career in housing. You will be assigned to gain on-the-job experience in the delivery of frontline housing services to both tenants and customers seeking housing solutions. Your programme will include working out in the communities we serve and participating in shared learning activities. Responsibilities

Understanding the needs of tenants, and customers

Taking appropriate action, referring complex or other issues to other staff in line with agreed procedures or signposting to other organisations as directed

Answering customer queries and supporting frontline housing service teams

 

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

Achieved a minimum of five GCSE qualifications grade C, including English & Mathematics or equivalent qualifications.
