We are thrilled to have launched our flagship outreach initiative, the Lucy Cavendish College Academic Enrichment Programme. It will provide supplementary academic support for high-achieving state-school students and widen their intellectual horizons, giving them the best chance of achieving at their full potential. The Academic Enrichment Programme consists of weekly, evening sessions from January to May, including peer discussion groups, subject-specific workshops, and university readiness sessions, as well as an intensive, application-focussed summer school.
The programme is open to Year 12 (S5 – Scotland/Y13 – NI) students attending non-fee-paying UK schools, who are on track to achieve A*AA in their A-Levels (40-42 points in the IB, with 776 at Higher Level/A1, A2, A2 in Highers/equivalent).
Applications are closing soon. Students can find out more and apply by Sunday 14th November 2021 here: https://www.lucy.cam.ac.uk/academic-enrichment-programme.
