Mannok are proud to partner with some of the region’s top Universities and Colleges to offer local young people a range of fully funded Higher Level Apprenticeship (HLA) opportunities.

Successful applicants will gain quality training and a recognised higher level qualification, up to degree level, whilst earning a salary and working as a valued member of the Mannok team.

Each HLA Programme offers a structured development plan and long term job security with the opportunity to progress to a graduate position with Mannok upon completion.

Our HLA opportunities equip young people with both the academic knowledge and practical work skills to launch a successful career through a blend of experiential workplace training and theoretical classroom based learning.

• Business Technology HLA in partnership with Ulster University, Belfast campus
• Engineering HLA in partnership with Ulster University, Derry campus
• Finance HLA in partnership with South West College, Omagh Campus
