This engaging event also offers students the chance to hear directly from doctors, medical students, and peers about their personal leadership journeys. Through these inspiring stories and guidance, students can take their first steps toward becoming effective leaders in healthcare.

Students will gain a deeper understanding of the impact of leadership in medicine and dentistry. This includes the ability to solve problems, work collaboratively in diverse teams, and tackle professional challenges with confidence. These are skills that not only strengthen their future careers but also contribute positively to personal growth.
