The Northern Ireland Civil Service are recruiting Level 3 Civil Engineering Apprentices to join the Department for Infrastructure (DfI). There are 8 vacancies in total with 3 based in Tyrone.
This is an excellent opportunity for school leavers who wish to get straight to work in the Civil Engineering industry. A very competitive annual starting salary of £19,811 is offered, which will rise to £26,413 after completion of the 2 year apprenticeship and 1 year probationary period.
Apprentices will also complete a Level 3 BTEC in Civil Engineering, on a part-time basis, paid in full by the department. Opportunities may exist to progress onto higher level qualifications on completion of the 3 year programme.
Entry Requirements: At least 5 GCSEs (Grade C & above) including a minimum of Grade B in Maths, Grade C in Engligh and Grade C in Science.
