Oisin McConville Well-Being Workshop

On Thursday 29^th of September, former Armagh star and current Sporting Chance Ambassador, Oisin McConville visited Omagh CBS to deliver a very interesting and informative well-being workshop to all Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 pupils..  Oisin spoke about his personal experiences and the importance of looking after both your mental and physical health, before taking a Q&A session with the students. We at Omagh CBS are extremely thankful to Oisin for sharing a very honest insight into the struggles many of our young people are faced with on a day-to-day basis and for pointing out the support networks that are available to help.
