Are you interested in learning more about Ophthalmology from an eye surgeon?
MedicHut presents an exciting Ophthalmology work experience for all.
The aim of this medicine work experience session is to introduce you to the field of ophthalmology. You’ll learn from an eye surgeon about the leading causes of sight loss in the UK and how they are diagnosed and managed. The session will also equip you with the tools to help you differentiate between an eye problem that will get better with simple treatment and an eye problem that needs emergency treatment to avoid irreversible blindness and/or even death. As always, the session will be extremely interactive and provide the opportunity for you to participate and ask questions.
