Are you into gaming? Would you like to turn your hobby into a career?
We’re Network N and we work with some of the biggest names in the video game industry.
We create media content for over 50 million gamers each month through a range of owned and operated websites dedicated to gaming. The jewel in our crown is PCGamesN but we are rapidly growing our other sites like Pocket Tactics and Wargamer.
Join us for a highly interactive 3-day placement to learn more about the important role of marketing in our business and work alongside professionals from the gaming industry.
You will have the opportunity to take part in over 9 sessions across the 3 days, covering a range of subjects to give you a good understanding and insight into the business and the specialism.
The sessions on offer include:
Core modules Time Management Media Law Social media How search engines work Presentation skills CV writing Marketing specialism Branding versus performance How online advertising works – auctions, inventory Audience segmentation – how to analyse audiences, analytics – metrics to track The art of public relations
The days will run from 10am until approximately 3:30pm.
All are welcome to apply, but applications from young people applying from Bath, North Somerset, Bristol, Wiltshire, South Gloucestershire will be prioritised.
Speakers for Schools Experience Programme have a large selection of virtual work experience currently available. Many of these are with UK companies and pupils from NI are eligible to apply.
