QUB Accommodation Applications Open For September 2025

Queen’s offers some of the best value student accommodation in the UK, all located within easy walking distance of the University’s main campus. We have a range of room types and prices to suit everyone.

First year students from Northern Ireland are guaranteed a place in Queen’s Accommodation or with our nominated partners if they reside more than 45 miles from the main University campus. 

Students living 45 miles or closer to the main campus will be prioritised based on those who, on 30 June 2025 midday (12pm), have firmly accepted their undergraduate offer and have submitted an online application for accommodation. These allocations will be prioritised in order of distance from the main campus, starting with students living furthest away.
