Queen’s University Belfast are holding a series of interactive regional open days.
These events are targeted at pupils who are currently studying/likely to study STEM subjects at A Level, in Years 11, 12 and 13 or who are interested in studying a degree in the subject areas listed below.
Our regional event takes place in Omagh Leisure Complex, Old Mountfield Road, Omagh on Friday 15th February 2019.
Morning Session: 10.30am -12.30pm or afternoon session 12.30pm – 2.30pm.
Students will have the opportunity to learn about the subjects through participation in demonstrations and will have the opportunity to speak to relevant academics and current students.
Audio Engineering; Architecture; Archaeology and Palaeoecology; Chemical Engineering; Chemistry; Chemical Technology; Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering; Computer Science; Electrical and Electronic Engineering; Geography; Mathematics and Physics; Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering; Planning; Product Design Engineering; Psychology
Please note: This takes place during mid-term break but we encourage students who have an interest in the above degree courses to make an effort to attend this worthwhile event which is being offered on our doorstep.
