Social Work Information Session

Students thinking of training to be a Social Worker are invited to our Social Work Information Session where we will answer their questions and explain the Social Work application process, the course content and how the course is delivered. They will hear from our research-active staff, current students, and admissions staff.
We are one of the leading centres of Social Work education in the UK. Our Social Work training is delivered in partnership with social work agencies, where students will develop core skills valued by service users, carers, and employers.

Introduction to Clinical Psychology
Thursday 10 October, 9.45am – 3.15pm
The Great Hall, Queen’s University Belfast
Organised in partnership with The Doctorate in Clinical Psychology Training Course, School of Psychology, Queen’s University Belfast and Clinical Psychology Departments of the NI Health and Social Care Trusts attendees will hear from practitioners working across Clinical Psychology services and some of the current cohort of trainees.
This event will be of interest to A-Level Students considering a career in Psychology. It is equivalent to one day’s work experience, and we can provide a letter of attendance.

Queen’s Business School invites Year 13-14 students, parents and guardians to a virtual event for those considering applying for our new undergraduate course, MAcc Advanced Accounting with Placement, which will be replacing BSc Accounting.
The unique new course combines undergraduate and Master’s-level study (at undergraduate fees) with paid work-based experience and maximum professional body exemptions.
The event will be particularly useful for anyone applying for September 2025 or 2026 entry.
