Queen’s accommodation application for 2026-27 is open.
All our accommodation prices include the following: high speed WiFi, water, electricity, heating, hot water, contents insurance, 24/7 maintenance team and full social programme and support.
Accommodation is self catered.
First year students from Northern Ireland are guaranteed Queen’s Accommodation if they reside more than 35 miles from the main University campus. They must have firmly accepted their university offer and have submitted an online application for accommodation by the deadline of 23:59 BST 30th June 2026.
All applications received after 30 June 2026 will be prioritised based on distance from the main campus.

Ulster University accommodation applications open Tuesday 31 March 2026. Apply early for the best choice of rooms.
Student accommodation at Ulster University is in high demand and places are limited. Allocation is based on student need, eligibility, and application date. Where priority does not apply, rooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis. On some campuses, distance from home to campus may also be considered.
