Degree Apprenticeship in Manufacturing and Engineering

This four-year programme is aimed at people who wish to attain a level 6 Honours Degree with sought-after and employable skills for the engineering & manufacturing industry.

It presents an alternative to the traditional degree route and instead sees apprentices employed from day one in an earn-as-you-learn model.

This means participants of the programme incur no cost in their higher level education; in fact, they earn a wage.

As a Degree Apprentice they apply their academic learning to industry practices, making instant impact within their company – a fantastic opportunity to build an impressive CV alongside studying for their degree – giving participants a great platform to build their career on.

Robotics, artificial intelligence and digitalization are among key themes studied.

Degree Apprenticeship in Accounting and Finance

MEGA, in collaboration with Ulster University Business School (Magee Campus), are offering students the opportunity to undertake an apprenticeship in Accounting and Finance. We are passionate about showcasing the vast array of job roles within manufacturing and this is an amazing opportunity for a student to learn on the job and receive a debt free degree at the same time.

Key points:
Full honours degree in 3 years
One day in Ulster University & 4 days in a local engineering company
Obtain exemptions from professional Chartered Accountancy qualifications (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).

Entrance requirements are A levels BBB or BBC if A level Mathematics, Economics, Physics or Accounting has been taken. Equivalent qualifications such as CAO or BTEC will be considered as well as mature applicants with experience.
