Compliance Testing
Our Compliance Testing team works with global clients to test and monitor compliance across a wide range of regulatory, technology and operational risk areas. Our team supports many of the firm’s leading clients, largely within the banking and financial services sector, on a wide range of global and complex audit engagements.
Our Compliance Testing Team focuses on Assurance Controls Testing, Compliance Testing & Monitoring, Technology Risk Compliance and Regulatory Compliance, providing specialist process and controls support to all business units across our UK firm.
Compliance Testing provides specialist knowledge and expertise to help our global clients manage multiple projects, implementing and delivering solutions, in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

What you’ll do

In Compliance Testing you’ll:
– Typically work in our offices, with occasional opportunity to go to client site to assess how our clients manage their processes.
– Test adherence to policies, controls and regulatory requirements.
– Support clients to navigate complex operational and regulatory activities.
– Undergo continuous development through the Skills Academy at Operate.
 

What you’ll gain

In your first two years in Compliance Testing you’ll study for the Certificate in Finance, Accounting and Business (CFAB) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
 

What you’ll need

Minimum requirements are 112 UCAS tariff from up to three full A-Levels or equivalent (not including General Studies or Critical Thinking), and a Grade C or 4 or above in GCSE (or equivalent) English Language and Mathematics.
Exams must have been taken in the same sitting and resits are accepted only where modules or papers have been retaken in the same academic year. If you have any extenuating circumstances related to your exam marks or the sequencing of your exams, please declare this on your application and this will be considered as we review your application.

 

When to apply

Once you have submitted your application you’ll have seven days to complete the online test, this is the first stage of our recruitment process.

Assessment centres for this role will take place between 18 December 2023 – 28 January 2024 or 19 February – 4 March 2024. We expect to be able to give you at least a week’s notice to attend.
