Event: Science at Queen’s Parents’/Guardians’ Evening
When: Wednesday 13th March 2019, 6.00pm – 9.30pm
Where: Whitla Hall, Queen’s University Belfast
This event is aimed at Parents’/Guardians’ of students in Years 11, 12 and 13 along with their parents/guardians who are studying or likely to study the following subjects:
Archaeology and Palaeoecology; Biological Sciences; Biomedical Sciences; Chemistry; Geography; Mathematics & Physics; Pharmacy; Planning; Psychology.
- Students will have the opportunity to explore the range of science disciplines side by side
- Hear from current students, graduates and academic staff about why they should consider doing a Science based degree
- Representatives from a selection of companies available throughout the evening to discuss the many opportunities both during study and after graduation.
Scheduled subject talks commence at 7pm.
