Sentinus Research Academy – Applications still open

The Sentinus Research Academy is still accepting applications for its 2025 programme, giving young people (16-18) the chance to work on real research projects with leading companies and universities—including Queen’s University Belfast, Ulster University, and Trinity College Dublin.

We’re also excited to announce a new Civil Engineering project with Dundalk Institute of Technology! This is a fantastic opportunity for students interested in project management.

Projects run virtually for four weeks from late June to the end of July (with fieldwork for environmental biology). Students will receive research data, analyse findings with Sentinus support, and present their work through a report and poster. A certificate of achievement from their host organisation will boost their UCAS applications!
