SIMs Parent App Issues

SIMS Parent App Update
All problems with Sims Parent app have now been resolved. If anyone finds they are unable to get on the App, please ring the school for a new invite to be sent.
Please remember when accepting the invite that you choose to register with an External Account. 

Sims Parent App

Currently, there is an issue with some accounts on the Sims Parent App.  This is affecting all schools in NI.  Any users who have registered with a Facebook account and possibly Apple ID or Twitter accounts will find they are unable to use the App.    For the moment, please don’t log any issues with the School. Capita are aware and are working on resolving the issue.
