Spotlight on Psychometric Testing

The Careers Service recently published its latest Spotlight feature which examines the increasing use of psychometric testing as part of the recruitment and selection process. The publication has been produced in conjunction with the British Psychological Society (BPS) Division of Occupational Psychology NI, Ulster University and The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
