Upcoming Deadline For Accommodation Applications: 30 June 2025

Studying at Queen’s is even better when you know you’re living somewhere safe, comfortable, and affordable.

First year students from Northern Ireland are guaranteed a place in Queen’s Accommodation or with our nominated partners if they reside more than 45 miles from the main University campus. They must have firmly accepted their university offer and have submitted an online application for accommodation by 30 June 2025 midday (12pm).

Students living 45 miles or closer to the main campus will be prioritised based on those who, on 30 June 2025 midday (12pm), have firmly accepted their undergraduate offer and have submitted an online application for accommodation. These allocations will be prioritised in order of distance from the main campus, starting with students living furthest away.

Visit our Accommodation website for more information on the different types of rooms available, how to apply and our allocation policy.
